The SAN PEDRO ♥ FESTIVAL OF THE ARTS (formerly the SP TriArt Festival) is a free family event featuring dance, music, & crafts, this year on Sunday, September 17, 2017. This will be its 11th year.
Curated by Los Angeles Choreographers & Dancers, included are both professional and pre professional dance companies so they can share their work with each other and the community. Selected this year includes:
Professional: The PGK Project, Jazz Spectrum Janell Burgess, Lamonte Goode CYBERYOGA, Louise Reichlin & Dancers/ Los Angeles Choreographers & Dancers, Maha and Company, People's Place Pacers, 7th St Ballet, Pyschopomp Dance Theater, Re:borN Dance Interactive, Freaks With Lines, James MahKween's Eternity Dance Theatre, Grupo Folklorico Tzintzuni, Authentic: Grooves.
Pre professional: Krushal Kiddz, Malibu Glee Club, Degas Dance, Leah Silva's Reverb Tap Company, Santa Barbara Community College Dance Company
1:00 - 4:15 DANCE (18 companies)
4:15 pm MUSIC (Cuñao)
6:30 pm (Windy Barnes & The Pedro Players)

 The Southern CA Dance Directory that I began in 1995 is alive and well with over 580 listings of professional dance companies and related organizations. This free service is accessed by thousands of people each month, and I've heard that dance jobs have often come about through the information!
