"Burned Up With Beauty"
with the Rev. Suzelle Lynch
There’s a deep and compelling longing within each of us. But our passion can be muted by day-to-day living. In times like these, when life is turned upside down by forces beyond our control, could it be easier to get in touch with the life-giving yearning at our core? Will we dare?

UUCW is here for you, in good times and hard times... The advent of COVID-19 has interrupted all of our lives! That's true at UUCW, too. We are 3/4 of the way through our Pledge Drive -- gathering funding for 2020-21 Fiscal Year which begins May 1, 2020.

Please make your pledge now - the red buttons make it easy.
If you are unable to commit due to job loss, please let us know.

THANK YOU!
The Soul Matters Theme for April is "We are a People of Liberation."

Liberation is the act of being free or freeing someone else...; it’s the removal of traditional attitudes, etc.

During this time of "shelter in place," what does it mean to be a People of Liberation?

As the Split the Plate team considers how to move forward during "shelter in place," we invite you to review our wonderful partnerships from 2019!
Please continue your support for those in need.

Donate to food pantries when you go to the grocery store.

What are YOU doing during this time of "Shelter at Home"?
UUCW member Helen Klimowicz connects daily with her long-time friend Phyllis who is 95 and lives in a Senior Home in Milwaukee. Together, they do chair exercises and read excepts from books. Share your picture of what you are doing to keep kids engaged, spouses happy, yourself occupied, or helping others in this difficult time. Post it to our Facebook page or email it to Kelly.

" Passover – The Journey Continues "
The Rev. Suzelle Lynch

Why honor Passover on Easter Sunday? As a community of faith diverse in identity and belief, we honor both. This year the Passover story has important messages for us – think of the riches: the burning bush, Pharaoh, the plagues, and the long journey toward freedom... Let’s explore!
