On Dec. 10, 2019, a majority of the Board requested a resolution be developed by staff and agendized to oppose the location of a women and children's homeless shelter across from or near Garden Valley Elementary School. A draft resolution was provided on Jan. 14, 2020, and the Board of Trustees provided feedback, which has been incorporated into the resolution.
