With our mobile app, you can also deposit checks right from your device! Enrolling is easy and takes just minutes to complete. You can also download the app, if you choose!!

  • Real-Time Text and Email Alerts* make monitoring your account activity easier than ever, with options to customize messages about transactions, including withdrawals, debit card activity, low balance warnings, deposits, and daily balance summaries.

  • ATMs, with services including withdrawals, deposits, balance inquiries and more. Also remember our Accel nationwide surcharge-free network – search for locations including which ones accept deposits.

  • Cash back at points of purchase for checking account members with your debit card and PIN at essential stops including your grocery store, pharmacy, etc.
  •  Our Member Account Line automated phone system can be accessed 24/7 through our main number at (850) 488-0035 or 1-800-533-5772 and press option 2. Our Call Center can also be reached at the same number Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-6:30 p.m. ET, and Saturday 9 a.m.-1 p.m. ET.

  • Video Teller Service offers personal service by a First Commerce team member without the current concerns of in-person interaction. To get started, simply press the screen (some transactions require your driver’s license or government-issued ID) and enjoy extended hours in our drive-thrus Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m. ET and Saturdays, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. ET.

  • More convenient online options such as making FCCU auto loan payments ; reporting fraud, lost/stolen debit or credit cards, or checks; applying for loans or opening accounts, and more. For details, visit our website.

  • DocuSign, a secure option for remotely signing eligible documents.
Financial Center Access

At this time, we are providing  lobby services by appointment only  at ALL FCCU location. Appointments will be reserved for services that require direct material assistance by a team member.

We will continue to be open regular business hours with our team members available inside the financial centers to assist you with material needs through "contactless" service.
