What: With Main Street Iowa and the Iowa Economic Development Authority, DPI presents the Open 4 Business competition for a for-profit business locating in downtown Burlington. Chosen local applicants will pitch their business concepts, with the winner competing to be a semifinalist in May for a chance at $8,000. Five finalists will present their ideas in a statewide contest in July for up to an additional $20,000 in funding.

Each celebrity will then auction off their own painting.
