This is going to all that applied for the Festival.
It has been exciting to see so many applications and pieces and companies submitting works. It will take us 1-2 weeks to select the programming, so please be patient. If we have requested more information from you (a video or music selection or what genre if you have not specified, or if you are applying under professional company or pre professional or community group, please get back to us on that. 5-10 minutes pre professional, can be up to 10-20 professional. If you have not submitted the application fee, please do.
We visited the new venue today, and it will work well. The back of the stage is back railing in the courtyard at Crafted at the Port, and open sky. I needed to see it again before programming. You should be hearing more from us in the next couple of weeks on programming. I wish there was room for all, but we will know soon.
This year, as last, the festival is produced by Louise Reichlin, Los Angeles Choreographers & Dancers in conjunction with Jan Kain, People's Place San Pedro.
