Hunterdon County Freeholder John E. Lanza has called on the County’s school districts, parents, property taxpayers, and teachers to join the Freeholders in a lobbying campaign through an online petition again this year, to restore the $2.7 million in state school aid cuts proposed in Governor Phil Murphy’s FY 2021 budget.

Freeholder John E. Lanza stated at the March 3 rd Freeholder meeting, “Nineteen Hunterdon school districts will see $2.7 million in cuts in the proposed state budget. This is on top of the $2.1 million proposed cut last year.”
