Helpful information on COVID-19
Harding Family,

You have likely seen news about the novel coronavirus known as COVID-19. We want to let you know that we are monitoring the virus and taking steps to maintain a healthy school. There are no reported cases of COVID-19 in Shelby County, so these are precautionary measures.

  • We encourage all faculty, staff, and students to wash their hands often.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, ears, and nose with unwashed hands.
  • All faculty, staff, and students are instructed to stay home if they are sick.
  • Our facilities staff is regularly sanitizing all door handles, water fountains, and commonly touched areas.
  • All teachers are wiping down desks between classes.
  • Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance of every classroom.

If we need to implement different measures in the future, we will notify you. The attached files from the Shelby County Health Department provide additional information about COVID-19 including measures you can take to reduce your risk. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.

In Christ,
Trent
