"Earth Day & Global Population"
- The Rev. Dr. Carl Gregg
with special music by Scarlet Coleman & Julia Jones

Invite a Friend to UUCF

Our UU 6th Principle is "The goal of world community with peace, liberty, and justice for all." How is our work toward that goal impacted by the fact that the number of human beings alive on planet Earth has septupled (increased sevenfold) in a mere two centuries, from approximately 1 billion people alive in 1800 to more than 7.6 billion people today?  If you have a friend, family, member or colleague is who is particularly interested in global population in the twenty-first century, then invite them to join you at UUCF on Sunday, April 22, when Rev. Carl will be preaching about "Malthus, Earth Day, & Global Population."

The Frederick NAACP Chapter is requesting a moratorium on all suspensions until alternative solutions can be implemented. Our UUCF Dismantling Racism Team as well as our Social Action Committee are sending letters to the Board of Education supporting the moratorium. You can download and edit our letter to send as well: http://bit.ly/2K0GorQ
