At all the Masses this weekend, August 11 and 12, there will be a special blessing for students and their backpacks.

School starts on Aug. 15, this is the Feast of the Assumption, a holy day of obligation. Normally, our school Masses are held at 8:15 am but for this special feast day and because it is the first day of school, we will be attending Mass as a school community at 10:00. All are welcome to join us.

Curriculum Night - Aug. 13

Homerooms
We utilize Renweb and Parentsweb as a main communication tool.  Please make sure that you are set up and able to log into your account.  We need you to update your family and student information and make sure that we have current Emergency Contacts listed. (This will only work if you are using a desktop / laptop computer. You will not have these options if you are logging in on your phone.)
Once you have completed the above steps you will be able to look at your student’s class list.
Under School Information, select Directory, then filter based on grade and homeroom!
VOLUNTEERS

We depend on our volunteers at Mary Queen School. Our success is a result of our partnership with parents and parishioners who give generously of their time and talent.

Every volunteer must fill out a Volunteer Application and return it to the school office . You will then need to register with Catholic Mutual Group’s on-line CMGconnect program and complete the online Safe Environment training.
Cross Country

We are looking forward to Mary Queen’s 4th season of Cross Country for 3rd -8th grade! We are registering now for the 2018 fall season and the first practice will be on August 20. We will practice on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:30 to 6:30. Practices consist of running various distances on the school grounds and Southland Park. Cross Country races will stretch from the beginning of September and run through October. Runners will compete against their own age and gender during meets.
