Callanan Industries is hosting a
bottle drive to celebrate Earth Day. Visit one of the two collections sites this
Friday, April 20, between 8am-4pm, to drop off
your bottles and cans. All proceeds
benefit the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society and Leukemia & Lymphoma.
Collection sites: Corporate Woods Blvd., 8 Southwoods Blvd, Albany (back parking lot) and Port of Albany, Albany Asphalt Plant, 101 Dunham Drive
Beginner Yoga will begin April 27 at
Free Movement Pilates. The 4-week Saturday morning series is $50 for all 4 classes, or $15 to drop in.

Coffee & Conversation is back at the Bethlehem Public Library with "To Life! Part IV" with Richard Feldman on the 20th; and "Enterprising Waters: New York's Erie Canal" with Brad Utter, senior historian and curator at the New York State Museum, on the 27th. More lectures are scheduled for May and June.
Coffee & Conversation events begin at 1pm and last approximately 1 hour, folloed by a coffe and social hour; they are are free and open to everyone. The series is co-sponsored by Bethlehem Senior Projects, Inc.
