Senators Introduce Legislation to Improve Water Quality Certifications 

US Senator John Barrasso (R-WY), chairman of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW), joined with Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), Jim Inhofe (R-OK), and Steve Daines (R-MT) to introduce the Water Quality Certification Improvement Act of 2018. Read more.

SRF Intended Use Plans 

The Federal FY 2018 SRF Intended Use Plans have been finalized. 

FUNDING

USDA Offers $4B in Funding to Rural Communities, Water Districts to Improve, Rebuild Infrastructure 

The funds can be used to finance drinking water, stormwater drainage and waste disposal systems for rural communities with 10,000 or fewer residents. Read more.
