Physical Literacy:
Tools, Assessments, Communities, and Events!
Physical Literacy for Life

Sport for Life is excited to work closely with the registered charity  Physical Literacy for Life , which proactively advances physical literacy knowledge and implementation in the health, recreation and education sectors.

As people develop a higher level of physical literacy, they become more confident, competent, and motivated to participate in physical activity and quality sport. The purpose of Physical Literacy for Life -- a registered charitable organization focused on developing physical literacy throughout the lifespan in multiple settings and sectors -- is to ensure all Canadians can enhance their health and wellbeing through increased physical activity and quality sport opportunities.

Physical Literacy for Life aspires to develop physical literacy in all Canadians by educating and training leaders, organizations and institutions, by facilitating assessment and research, by developing innovative resources, tools, programs and services, and by impacting individuals, families and communities.
