Biyadhoo is a down-to-earth, easy-going retreat – and a more affordable option if you’re looking for a simple, relaxed holiday in the Maldives. We’ve handpicked this hot offer so you can spend less on your laid-back Indian Ocean escape.
There are some exquisite beaches to choose from around the island, ideal for lazy days paddling in the clear waters and sunbathing on velvet-soft sand. Alternatively, if you want a more active adventure, give diving a go. The resort’s PADI courses are led by helpful instructors who will guide you through an underwater paradise of tropical marine life. They will also select a dive site based on your skill level, so if you’re new to the activity you can relax knowing you’re in safe hands. You can also join a twice-weekly snorkelling trip at the stunning house reef where you’ll be in with a chance of spotting reef sharks, rays and turtles.
For dinner, taste flavoursome Maldivian dishes at Biyadhoo’s Palm restaurant. Later, you can head to the al fresco Coconut Bar, which has an authentic thatched roof and beach-style sandy floor. Here, you can sip an icy drink and enjoy the evening entertainment.
