This two-hour live will teach care providers what to verify when preparing for food service. The positive psychological and social aspects of eating are an important part of life. A discussion on methods to creating a positive dining experience for residents that will add to their quality of life.

Presenters will discuss the RCFE and ARF Resident Rights by the State Department of Social Services. Just as we all are guaranteed certain freedom and rights under federal and state laws, residents in residential care facilities for the elderly are guaranteed additional rights because of physical or cognitive limitations.
