The FaB Council is looking ahead at what's next for FaB, hosting two Next Wave Discussions on May 15 (Sheboygan) and June 19 (Milwaukee). "We're about to enter into what's next for FaB and we feel it's important to have even more industry voices at the table," said Giacomo Fallucca, Chairman and CEO of Palermo's and a FaB Executive Board Member.

Wave Two (2018-????) also has to be driven by industry. We have two key initiatives on our plate currently: the launch of our

The Future Food Center.
