The WPMA has secured room rates of $160.00 on Friday September 29th at the all-new, nearby Lodge Kohler in Green Bay WI. Shipping Information:

Will your company be shipping items to the Hall of Fame Chophouse and Banquet Hall? Please be sure to list the Wisconsin Podiatric Medical Association and your company name on the package, along with whomever will be picking up the items. Additional handling fees may be applied by the facility.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made in writing to the WPMA prior to September 22, 2017. If cancellation is received after September 22, 2017, the exhibitor is liable for the full payment of the booth.

Hole sponsorship provides access and heightened exposure to doctors you conduct business with. Build your relationship with new and/or longstanding clients by sponsoring a hole at the WPMA Golf Outing on September 29th. Tee times starting every 10 minutes at 12:30 p.m. In addition to your booth and the meal sponsor benefits below, hole sponsorship includes special signage/marketing and exclusive time with members during 18-holes at the official golf course of the Green Bay Packers - the Thornberry Creek at Oneida.

Individual golfers exhibiting at the conference are also welcome. The cost is $175 and includes green fees, cart, and more.
