The Attendance Line is available 24 hours a day to leave a message.
Please provide your student's name (spell name out slowly, please!), grade, specific reason for absence, your name and relationship to the student and a phone number which you may be reached.
If your student leaves for a doctor, dentist or any medical procedure, please provide a
doctor's verification note upon returning.
Without verification, the absence will be considered an unexcused absence.
If you need to
pull your child from school early, please provide a note in the morning To the front office. Please include your child's name, grade, reason for leaving and time you'd like to pick them up.
We will then issue a pass for your student to give to their teacher and they can meet you in the office at the designated time.
Please provide a
photo ID when picking up your student and sign them out in the attendance window.
At 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, an
Automatic Safety Message will be sent to parents if a student is marked absent by a teacher. If you have already phoned in to the Attendance Line and you still get a Safety Message, you may disregard it. Due to the high volume of students, our Attendance Line isn't always cleared by the time the message is automatically sent out.

Independent Study
If your student is going to miss 5 consecutive days of school or more, please come to the front office to fill out an independent study contract. Please be advised we need at least two weeks' notice.
