My children graduated from TCA in 2015 and 2018. They can still, to this day, tell you who their Bible Buddies were when they were little. The relationships built all those years ago still bring back fond memories of being known by the “big kids." One of the core values at TCA is “Relationships."

Our Bible Buddies program supports this core value by bringing our elementary and secondary students together to build relationships, learn about God’s Word and foster unity in our school.
Each elementary class is paired with a secondary class and they get together on a regular basis, taking turns in each other’s classroom. Can’t you just imagine the excitement the young Eagles feel when the “big kids” walk into their class? Or when they get to go to the Secondary building? Teachers plan activities for the students to do together. They read the Bible to each other, make a craft, talk about the big game and, for certain, make memories.

Ask YOUR child who their Bible Buddy is and what they did last time they were together. Bible Buddy days are precious times at TCA when we see our older students pouring into our youngest Eagles. These encounters are just one more way we hope to make a difference in the life of your child.

This year’s I-Care focus for TCA elementary and junior high students will be Center of Hope’s summer Camp Hope. Camp Hope summer program was created to combat hunger issues for low-income children who do not receive free and reduced school lunches during the summer months.

There are 10 different camps held in low-income neighborhoods around Parker County. While at camp, children are able to eat a healthy meal that they learned to prepare using safe preparation methods. They also receive a bag of easy to prepare groceries.
We are asking that you consider allowing your child to participate in a students-helping-students initiative by donating the following on the following days:
