Lead Sheets
Each exhibitor will receive a stack of two-part LEAD sheets. The top copy is for the end buyer to put on their clipboard, and the bottom copy is for you to keep. There is no copy to provide to the distributors. We have asked the distributors to connect with their own clients to obtain the lead sheets gathered during the show.
Directions
Take exit 115 from 35E in Vadnais Heights. Turn onto County Road E - East. Travel about 1/2 mile to LaBore Road and turn right. Jimmy's Conference Center parking lot will be on your right. Note: You will see "Jimmy's Restaurant" and parking lot first from County Road E, but keep going and turn right onto LaBore Road.
To unload, drive around to the back of the venue. Quickly unload and move your car (OK to park in the grass, if needed). There is absolutely NO PARKING in the alley way behind the venue. This is used for semi-truck deliveries and your car simply can't be there except to unload or load.
Set Up
A reminder that set up is Tuesday, August 14, from 3:30 - 6 and from August 15 from 7:30 am to 10:00. To unload, do not come to the front doors of the venue. They will be locked. Proceed around to the back of the venue (drive around the back of the white gazebo).
Lunch
For those who ordered a boxed lunch, these will be delivered to your tables starting at 9:30 am. I know this is early, but the staff is not able to navigate a cart and manage the lunch order within a crowded ballroom once the show opens.
Exhibitor's Meeting
Please plan to be in the ballroom at 9:30 am for a short meeting with show co-chair, Scott Hareid.

Shipments received will be available on show site and you will be responsible for moving it to your table.
RETURN SHIPPING
Bring your own UPS or FedEx labels and tape
Call in your shipment before leaving the show floor - UPS and FedEx will pick up the next day.
Place your collapsed boxes on your tables or the floor after the show.
Please try to limit the amount of return shipping; space is limited at the venue.
BOXES
Each exhibitor MUST TAKE DOWN THEIR OWN BOXES and leave them on the show floor before leaving. This is a venue rule.
We have just received word from the venue that exhibitors can set up from 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm on Tuesday, August 14 (or Wednesday, August 15, from 7:30 - 10).
Remember to drive around to the BACK of the venue for the unloading area.
Please quickly unload and then park your car in the parking lot.

Attached to the Conference Center via covered walkway, and sharing a parking lot, the Holiday Inn Express is a convenient place to stay if you're from out of town.
