From Lisa Staffiere, Partners Employee and Student Assistance Program

Due to reports of COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) cases in the U.S., many are expressing fear and anxiety about this potentially serious illness. While it is understandable to worry about the health and safety of ourselves and our loved ones, it is important to manage our anxiety. Taking care of your emotions, especially during times of higher stress and anxiety, is a good first step to protecting yourself and those you love. View our page for common reactions and self-care tips. Staff, faculty, students, and household members are eligible to use Partners Employee Assistance Program/Student Assistance Program. If the feelings of worry or anxiety become prolonged or too intense, contact the EAP/SAP at (866) 724-4327 for free and confidential support.
