CROWDFUNDING CAMPAIGN UPDATES  
 
Two new crowdfunding campaigns will launch soon -- and they're both connected to NH Eat Local Month and renewable energy, too.  Please stay tuned!



The New Hampshire Honey Bee Initiative surpassed their fundraising goal and artist Matthew Willey from The Good of the Hive will spend this month painting an amazing honey bee mural on the side of Peterborough's Community Center.

Also, the first ever World Bees Concert is happening in Peterborough on August 18th from 7pm-10pm. Boston based band, Winona and the Riders are performing at The Good of the Hive's mural site.  Bees, beer, music, posters, free stuff just for attending. And admission is FREE!!!

The Local Crowd Monadnock Pilot Project Draws to a Close

The Local Crowd (TLC) Monadnock -- a locally-based crowdfunding platform -- has raised nearly $80,000 from over 500 supporters for ten campaigns since it launched in April 2017.   As our pilot project draws to a close at the end of September, we reached out to the businesses, nonprofits and community initiatives that launched campaigns on TLC Monadnock.  We wanted to hear about their progress and gather their opinions on the potential of continuing TLC Monadnock in our region.
