This year marks the River Parkway Trust's 30th Anniversary of working to create and protect the 22-mile San Joaquin River Parkway.

A coalition of parents, community leaders, and advocates launched the Fresno for Parks initiative last Wednesday at Lafayette Park in Central Fresno. Nearly 300 people rallied to show their support for a parks and arts ballot measure this November.

The first Fresno for Parks action party will be held this Wednesday, April 11 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at the Central Valley Community Foundation offices, located at 5260 N Palm Ave, Ste 122. Please consider joining the action party if you'd like to become more involved in this effort.

Registration for River Camp opened to the public on March 1. The first three weeks of camp are almost full, and we anticipate all weeks will be full by mid-May.
