This program is part of a series of outreach meetings for Cardiologists, Cardiac Surgeons, Primary Care, Family Medicine Physicians and their midlevel providers. You will hear an overview of Heart Failure Management, as well as a discussion regarding surgical therapies, and present and future clinical trials.
Course Objectives:
Upon completing this course, the participant will be able to:
Inform patients of the latest information on diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of heart failure
Utilize current standards of optimal medical management
Identify patients who would benefit from further evaluation and treatment
Identify patients who would be candidates for clinical trials
