This program is part of a series of outreach meetings for Cardiologists, Cardiac Surgeons, Primary Care, Family Medicine Physicians and their midlevel providers. You will hear an overview of Heart Failure Management, as well as a discussion regarding surgical therapies, and present and future clinical trials.
 

Course Objectives:

Upon completing this course, the participant will be able to:

  • Inform patients of the latest information on diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of heart failure
  • Utilize current standards of optimal medical management
  • Identify patients who would benefit from further evaluation and treatment
  • Identify patients who would be candidates for clinical trials
