"She is novelty, for she is never the Chicago you saw when you passed through the last time." Mark Twain

HCCI is lucky enough to call Chicago home, and Mark Twain perfectly describes not only our amazing city on the lake but also our progress at HCCI as well. We've made significant progress since our May Newsletter! We're finalizing our curriculum and updating our technical infrastructure, and we think you'll be excited by the results.

Introducing The HCCI Centers of Excellence

We are excited to announce the launch of  the HCCI Centers of Excellence (COEs) for Home-Based Primary Care, a first-of-its-kind program designed to increase the prevalence of high-quality home-based primary care across the United States. HCCI's comprehensive home-based primary care (HBPC) curriculum will be offered at eight partner institutions: Cleveland Clinic, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, MedStar Health - Medical House Call Program, Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, Perelman School of Medicine at University of Pennsylvania, University of Arizona Center on Aging, University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, and University of California, San Francisco. You can learn more about the program, dates, and locations here
