Have a great summer!
March 28, 2018

Dear ,
As the parish and school community inches closer to Easter. I would like to focus on two specific themes:
First, I would like to say thank you to all that made the Corned Beef Dinner and Legacy event a success. This event was designed to bring both the parish and school community together and I thought we did just that. It was so great to see parish members interact with students and their families. This outpouring of community support makes Sacred Heart a truly distinct and special place. Overall, the Legacy Raffle was able to raise over $32,000 and we were able to sell out the Parish Hall at 181 participants! This exceeds last year's auction and all of our expectations.
The success of the Legacy Raffle and Corned Beef Dinner would not have been successful without all of the people working in the background. I would like to take the time to thank the following people:
Fr. Ken Chase, Julie Wilebe- Milkie, Susan Campbell, Terri Gall, Carol Hutcherson, Karyn Carnahan, Anne Pennisi, Michelle Harris and the Harris Family, Lynda Mualem and the Mualem family, Paul Zafarana and the Zafarana family, The Bruno family, The Kirby family, The Manwell family, The Weber family, The Shambleau family, The Sikora family, The Abraham family, The Piasecki family, The Richards family, The Meszaros family, The Burke family, Jeff Delguidice, Tony Abela and the Sacred Heart CYO, Jeff Conway, The Sultana family, The Ramsayer family, Fran Helner, The Meehan family, The Shinske family, The Solferino family, Gloria Walker, Abir Barakat, Aislinne Robison, Mandra Studzinski, Joan Less, The Greig family, Ellen Norlock, The Romero family, Korina Kolbusz, The Kiss family, Maureen O' Reilly, Aidan Gonzalez, Alec Koscielniak, Chris Rettich, Kelly Rizzo- McLain, Peter Lynett, The Pastor family, Mary Hamze, The Michalik family, The Ali family, Pat Campbell, Phyllis Richter, all of the wonderful teachers at Sacred Heart Catholic School, and any other person that worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make the Legacy Raffle Drawing and Corned Beef Dinner a success.

Finally, I would like to wish everyone a Happy Easter! The Easter season is truly a celebratory time. From better weather to celebrating the resurrection of Jesus, we all have so much to be thankful for. As a new(ish) member of the Sacred Heart community, I am thankful for being a part of this community and I am thankful for all of the support that you have given me.

Thank you and God Bless,
Mr. Yee
