Screening Opportunities
Kentucky CancerLink partners with CHI Saint Joseph Health to provide free breast cancer screenings at various locations in Central Kentucky. Call us today and let us help you get this very important screening!

Early detection SAVES LIVES!
If you are age 45-75 and have not received a colonoscopy in the last 5 years, you are eligible to receive a FREE At-Home Colon Screening FIT Kit (OC-Light).

Call Kentucky CancerLink for more information!

This does NOT replace a colonoscopy, but it is an additional form of screening that can be done yearly.
Thank you!
Thanks to the Creative Team at WKYT for our Kentucky Colon Cancer Screening Program Commercial!
Featured Business of the Week: Kentucky CancerLink
Melissa enjoyed being a part of an interview at LM Communications with Alan Stein, Skip Elliot, and Dr. Whitney Jones. We discussed the mission of Kentucky CancerLink, what is happening in our Commonwealth with colon cancer. It was a great conversation!
The Frankfort Christian Academy this organized a student/staff charity volleyball event! $752 has been raised by this amazing group! The freshman class adopted KCL as their charity of choice and the Beta club did great work as well. Melissa and Lindsay, teacher at TFCA and volleyball coach, were roommates at Midway (a few years ago... :) ) and played volleyball together. Lindsay is a great supporter of KCL. She lost her husband, Tom, to colon cancer at age 40, 9 years ago and was an amazing support to Melissa as she battled breast cancer nearly 7 years ago. We are so very thankful for this amazing group of people who understand #UNTIL . UNTIL there is a cure for cancer, Kentuckians need help TODAY!
Thank you to the Morgan County High School Juniorettes for raising funds for Kentucky CancerLink at the Pink Out "Give Cancer the Boot" volleyball game! We appreciate your amazing support!
Many THANKS to LBX and the Lexington Legends for being continuous supporters of our mission! Each year, the Lexington Legends has a Pink Out the Park event sponsored by LBX. Funds raised are split between KCL, Markey Cancer Center, and CHI Saint Joseph Yes, Mamm! Program. It is a great event that we look forward to each year!
Buffalo Trace Distillery
6 Millionth Barrel Bottle
Congratulations and THANK YOU to our highest bidder for the Buffalo Trace Distillery 6 Millionth Barrel Bottle. It will make a nice addition to his collection.

Thank you to all who donated! Joe just REALLY likes bourbon.... and Kentucky CancerLink.
THANK YOU to our Giving Tuesday donors!
We appreciate the generosity!
Thanks to all who came out to Papi's Mexican Restaurant and Bar for our first Xooker fundraiser! We were able to raise funds for transportation and enjoy a great meal at the same time! #UNTIL #TacoTuesday
Out and About
Melissa had a great time as the Inquisitor on Hey Kentucky! Thanks to the staff for the warm welcome and opportunity!
Vicki enjoyed a great evening with CHI Saint Joseph Health Breast Care Center at the Inaugural MammoGlam event on November 12! We look forward to the next event for screening mammograms!
Beginning the afternoon of December 24th through January 1, 2020, KCL will have decreased office hours. We will be around to test OC Light kits and take care of other needs that may arise, but we will also be taking time to spend with our families and friends and reflecting on the wonderful year.
We are so thankful for friends of KCL and our Community Partners that allow us to do our mission and be a link to hope to Kentuckians in need. To quote a patient of ours, "Cancer is ugly, but you all are beautiful."

We could not do our mission alone and look forward to heading into 2020 with fresh eyes and renewed determination to continue making an impact in Kentucky through access to cancer screenings and support for those
going through a diagnosis. CHEERS!
