Employee Assistance Program Offered by NMJLAP
This new program is being offered to all attorneys, judges, law students and their families. The EAP will include free counseling sessions/issue/year for any mental health, addiction, relationship conflict, anxiety and/or depression issue. Counseling sessions will be with a professionally licensed therapist. Other free services will include management consultation, employee mediation, video counseling and a 24/7 call center. Providers will be located throughout the state. For more information contact Pam Moore.

Public Law Section Accepting Award Nominations The Public Law Section is accepting nominations for the Public Lawyer of the Year Award, which will be presented at the state capitol at 4 p.m. on April 27. Visit www.nmbar.org/publiclaw to view previous recipients and award criteria. Nominations are due no later than 5 p.m. on April 9. Send nominations to Section Chair Chris Melendrez at cmelendrez@cabq.gov. The selection committee will consider all nominated candidates and may nominate candidates on its own.
