Here is an update of what is happening at
House of Prayer this week!
Worship This Sunday!
Then he entered Jerusalem and went into the temple; and when he had looked around at everything, as it was already late, he went out to Bethany with the twelve (Mark 11:11).

This Sunday marks the beginning of our long-awaited Holy Week. We start it by joyously waving our palms in celebration of the King who saved us, but also temper that joy as we follow Jesus to the cross in the days to come. Hope you join us on Palm Sunday to begin Jesus' journey from the Mount of Olives to the temple, where he takes a moment to look around and see.
Palm Sunday-March 25, 9:30 am & 11 am worship
Maundy Thursday-March 29, 7:00 pm worship
Good Friday-March 30, 7:00 pm worship
Easter Sunday-April 1, 9:30 am & 11:00 am worship
Palms from Eco Palms
This Sunday we wave palms and deliver hope for the hands that harvested them by purchasing our palms from Eco-Palms. Lutheran World Relief partners with the University of Minnesota Center for Integrated Natural Resources & Agricultural Management to gather and sell palms from Mexico and Guatemala in a socially and environmentally just way. The farmers who harvest, sort, and package Eco-Palms are paid fairly for their work and use harvesting methods that protect the environment -- and their future livelihoods -- so they can escape the cycle of poverty.
First Communion this Sunday
Congratulations to Amelia, Audrey, Ava, Brandon, Miley, & Molly as they celebrate communion for the first time this Sunday! We invite you to pray for them in their continued faith journey and celebrate this occasion with them with cake between services.
