The Association is currently accepting applications from individuals with an interest in serving on the Board of Directors. The Board is made up of seven Spectrum homeowners who meet monthly to make decisions on behalf of the community and assist in formulating community goals.
We need your help! Spectrum residents are often our eyes and ears in the community. We’ve recently been experiencing an increase in vandalism in the common areas, specifically damage to the stucco and stone columns at the ramadas in the tot lots throughout the community and vandalism in the main park restrooms. Often times the Association’s maintenance provider will no sooner complete the necessary repairs and the columns will be damaged again. We have notified the Gilbert Police Department and asked that they increase their patrols, but ask that you also be on the lookout. If you see any suspicious activity, please report it immediately to the police at the Gilbert non-emergency line at (480) 503-6500.
Bulk trash pick up is a service for items that are too large to fit in your trash container. All items collected are taken to the landfill.
Spectrum at Val Vista is excited to announce the launch of the "Spectrum Business Partnership". This is a new opportunity for Spectrum resident entrepreneurs and business owners, as well as businesses within a 2 mile radius of the community.
Plant management is one of the most important concepts to maintaining your landscape. A natural pruning technique promotes the natural beauty of the shrubs and ground covers in the landscape. We have created this information sheet to hopefully help our clients better understand the "Plant Rejuvenation" and "Selective Pruning" management techniques that we will be using on your property.
