Registration Packet Information
To register for 2018-19 Y programs, call our office today or e-mail us at
[email protected] to request a packet.
Complete your packet and e-mail or mail to:
The Community YMCA Children's Achievement Center
201 Broad Street, Matawan, NJ 07747
Return no later than August 3, 2018 with the following:
> Non-refundable $45 registration fee
> One month deposit, to be applied toward June, 2019
Please note:
> September's fee will be due on September 1, 2018.
>
$50 late fee per registration will be applied for packets returned after August 3. We canno
t guarantee that your child(ren) can start the program on the first day of school if your packet is not received on/before August 4.
>
Services may be provided at some or all schools, based upon demonstrated need. The need for such services will be determined on a site-by-site basis, based on financial feasibility and building availability.
> The Community YMCA has the right to cancel programs due to low enrollment, but will make every attempt to meet the needs of the
community.

for kids ages 2 1/2 - 5 offers a flexible, year-round, dynamic program.

Y-Kids Enrichment for gradeschool ages is offered before and after school within your child's school district.

WE'RE HERE FOR ALL!
YCares Financial Assistance Program
The Community YMCA is a not-for-profit charity serving those in need through the YCares financial assistance program. Financial assistance is available for individuals and families on a needs-based sliding scale, based on available resources and qualifications.
If you have already received financial assistance from our YCares program, you still must reapply for the new school year. A completed scholarship packet and signed agreement are required before your child(ren) may start the program.
