A Note from the Finance Office

Ratner Families, a friendly reminder about an important July 1 deadline for tuition & fees payments:

For families who chose the one-time full payment option, the payment must be received by the school on or before July 1, 2018.

For those who chose any other payment plan, you must sign up with FACTS. Sign-up is required by July 1, 2018. Please follow instructions below.

Existing account with FACTS: all you need to do is enroll in the appropriate payment plan by visiting the FACTS website at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3X21Y . Sign in and set up a payment plan under Payment Plans & Billing Options.

New to FACTS: Please visit the FACTS website: https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3X21Y to create an account. Once the account is created, please set up a payment plan under Payment Plans & Billing Options.

SUMMER ASSIGNMENT REMINDER

FOR STUDENTS ENTERING

GRADES 1 - 8

While we enjoy some summer fun, we also want our students to enhance all the great learning they've done this school year!

All students entering Elementary I (Grades 1 – 3), Elementary II (Grades 4 – 6) and Middle School (Grades 7 and 8) are expected to complete summer assignments.

Completed assignments should be handed in on the first day of the 2018-2019 school year. Assignments can be found in an email sent to parents this week and on our website .

SCHOOL FORMS DUE JUNE 30

All families should be completing school forms, which must be returned to school by the end of June.

A checklist of forms can be found below for Toddler/Children's House students, and for students in Grades 1 - 8. All forms can be printed from the Handbook & Forms page of our website.

Everyday Heroes at Maltz Museum

We are excited to be sponsoring the Everyday Heroes Activity Center now open at the Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage.

This interactive play space offers children and families a fun way to explore the values of everyday heroes. Learn more here .

Ratner families and friends are encouraged to continue bringing their paper to the recycling bin in our parking lot! The bin was very full for the last month, so we want to thank everyone who brought their recycling from home!

Summer Picnic and Symphonic Band Concert

Join us at Ratner for a Picnic and a Concert on Thursday, July 19!

The University Heights Symphonic Band will play a concert on our lawn as we enjoy a summer evening of food and fun! All Ratner families are invited!

Ratner will provide hot dogs, burgers, and fruit salad. Guests are encouraged to bring desserts to share. Please RSVP so we can plan accordingly. The picnic begins at 6pm, and the band will play at 7pm.
