- Digital Rochester is proud to announce the nominated finalists for the eighth annual GREAT Awards. The "GREAT" Awards or "Greater Rochester Excellence and Achievement in Technology" recognize individuals and organizations from the Rochester area who are making contributions to innovation and technology. The awards presentation will take place on September 26, 2018 at the
Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center with host Ginny Ryan, News Anchor at 13 WHAM-TV, and music by The Isotopes.
This year's event, themed Technology Playground, will celebrate innovators in the community who have been selected as a finalist in one of the following categories:

Tech Luminary Award Winner
New this year, the Tech Luminary Award winner was selected from nominations submitted by DR board members. Andre Godfrey, President/CEO, Entre Computer Services, will be recognized at the event as the 2018 GREAT Awards Tech Luminary winner.
The program will take place from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m., beginning with an exhibitor showcase that features some of Rochester's top technology companies, networking and grazing stations. This will be followed by the awards presentation where all finalists will be recognized and the winners in each category will be announced. After the awards portion, there will be a cordial hour which will include continued exhibitor showcase and networking.
