On Friday, March 23, 2018, Denise Elizabeth (Proctor) Jacobson
passed away
peacefully in Peabody, Massachusetts in the arms of her family.
She had been suffering from dementia. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday July 28, 2018 at the Church of St. James the Fisherman, Wellfleet, Massachusetts.
Denise Jacobson was the wife of the Rev. Dr. Stephen Jacobson, retired rector of St. David's Church, Wayne, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by
her brothers, Eugene Proctor and Lincoln Proctor; her children, Ingrid Jacobson, Krista Despotovic-Jacobson, and John Jacobson; and nine grandchildren.
The family asks that donations honoring Denise be made to the Fund for the Future at The Chapel of St. James, P.O. Box 1334, Wellfleet, MA 02667.
Rest eternal grant to her, and let light perpetual shine upon her.
