Group Exercise Updates
Please check our APP for updates & schedule changes(remember to refresh it frequently).  Over the past few months, some of our instructors have encountered a change to their schedule and we have placed some classes on hiatus. 
Lynda M is working on her Masters Degree, Erika B is on Maternity leave, and Amanda N is relocating to Northern CA.
We would like to welcome our newest additions to the Belmont Group Ex Program: Jessica Buck (Pilates 5 PM on Mondays), Laura G (Pulse 9:20 AM on Tuesdays/Gentle Yoga 10:30 AM Wed.), Victoria C (Yoga 10:30 AM on Tue/Thur in April), Vince G (Spin).

The relationship between breathing and stress is interesting. Understand the feelings we associate with stress-tension, hypervigilance, rapid heart, breathing rate, etc.-are designed to keep us alive in critical situations.
