Re-enrollment is as easy as A, B, C and 1,2,3...

We treasure having your family as part of the CSS Community and look forward to many more years together.

February 1-15, 2020, will serve as the period of time to re-enroll your student(s). Re-enrollment must be complete by February 15 to secure your student's spot in the class and to receive the benefit of the locked tuition program. After February 15, the 2020-2021 tuition increases will take effect. Read about this loyalty initiative on our website.

Let our team assist you with making your re-enrollment tuition deposit to secure your child's space for the 2020-2021 school year.  The Admission Office will be open on Saturday, February 1 and February 15, from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. for your convenience.  

Below is a snapshot of how re-enrollment works:
A: A personal email detailing re-enrollment is coming your way. Your CSS 2020-2021 enrollment contract will be included. Please read it!  
B: Pay the $1,000 non-refundable enrollment deposit  that was included on your February statement between February 1-15 to secure tuition lock and your child's spot for the 2020-2021 school year.
C:   Log into your Parent Portal and complete your 2020-2021 Acknowledgement and Releases in Web Forms and update your family demographics. Remember to click SAVE at the very bottom of the web forms. Your re-enrollment is then complete.
  

The non-refundable enrollment deposit of $1,000 can be paid three ways:

1: Check/Cash (deliver to the Business Office or Ann Runte in the Trianon)
2: Credit Card (by phone or in person to the Business Office (719) 434-3544).
3: Electronic link on your February billing statement (an easy way to pay from the comfort of your home).

Applying for Indexed Tuition
Indexed Tuition  applications must be submitted yearly and are due no later than February 1, 2020. Applications received after that date will be considered only after on-time applications have been reviewed and decisions will be made based on available funding.
