has been
a Tai Chi Chuan practitioner for over 25 years. Her presentation will include an introduction to Chi Kung, simple exercises to enhance Chi (energy) and the first section of the long form of Tai Chi. The movements are done slowly. Tai Chi and Chi Kung can have major positive effects on osteoarthritis, balance, depression, pain management, etc., and have a positive overall effect on energy and one's immune system. It is suggested that
