The International Social Service-USA (ISS-USA) staff is excited to welcome Mark Greenberg to the ISS-USA Board of Directors. Repatriation Program Assists A Veteran In Need

Mr. Gregory Peters* was a 76-year old U.S. citizen and veteran needing to return to the U.S. from Italy. He was in need of medical care and his family were unable to assist him upon his return to the U.S., so ISS-USA, in partnership with the U.S. Department of State, coordinated Mr. Peter's reception and resettlement to the U.S. Upon returning to the U.S, Mr. Peters was assigned to a social worker who will oversee his hospital discharge and long-term care plans.
