, may be several months away, but the start of training is just around the corner. We want to help you get your training off on the right
(or left
) foot.
Our expert coaches will be on hand to answer questions. You can come run or walk a few miles. Or, you can just come hang out with us. We will have plenty of folks to run or walk with, so don't be shy.
We'll provide food, drink, dessert and fun.
