Yesterday, Christians around the world celebrated the resurrection of their Lord from the dead, better known as Easter.

  

As I was listening to the sermon, I couldn't help but think of the poem by Dr. James Allen Francis titled "One Solitary Life".  It talks about how this child was born in an obscure village in the middle of nowhere, grew up without fame or fortune and died at the hands of his government, known only to a limited number of people yet, today is known and revered by most people on the earth.

  

It is not always what you know or even who you know.  Rather, what you do with your life and the real impact you make on those around you.
