Walk/Run on your own anytime.
Warm up with Stretch and Strength from Body Works Pilates at 5:00 pm.

5:00...Warm up with Stretch and Strength
5:30......Walk or Run with a leader
5:30.....DocWalk
6:30......Closing Ceremony...awards and raffle

Bands, musicians, performers, and more will fill the streets of downtown! Here's a photo of our main-stage band,"After 7." They are in addition to 23 other bands and performers along the downtown route. An event not to be missed!!! See slideshow from last year here!

Want to Stretch With The DocWalk?
The DocWalk leaves every Wednesday at 5:30pm. Here's the group last week, stretching along the beautiful river path. You'll enjoy a physician-led two mile walk with exercises built in! Learn more here and let us know if you have any questions or want to come!
