Dear Fellows:

We have received the sad news that Fellow Mark G. Stingley, Class 25, passed away on Sunday, July 9th, 2017.

An obituary is not available at this time but please find below a few words given from his law firm regarding Mark's life:

"It is with great sadness that I share with you the news that our dear partner, Mark Stingley, passed away this afternoon.  He fought hard but was unable to overcome a sudden and terrible infection, and he died peacefully and without pain surrounded by family.  Perry Brandt and Larry Frazen were with Mark and his family during the past few days to provide the support of his Bryan Cave family as well.

Mark joined Bryan Cave in 1995 as a partner in the Kansas City office.  He has been the leader of the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Client Service Group for several years.  He had a stellar career and was so proud to be a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy.  He was recognized as a truly great lawyer in many publications, and was always committed to delivering the best possible client service. More importantly, he was a great colleague and friend, and a wonderful husband, father and grandfather.  He will be sorely missed."

Sincerely,

Shari
