Fall is officially here! A few things we enjoy most about October (besides candy and pumpkin spice EVERYTHING) is watching the leaves change color, Fall sports, and most of all being able to enjoy the outdoors without mosquitoes!
Although it may not be the most popular season, Fall is still a great time to list your home for sale. This time of the year it's not unusual to see a decrease in the number of new listings, and typically there are around 20-25% fewer single family homes available. But
