	Free Simcoe County Youth Information Fair- April 28th Get connected to agencies and organizations supporting youth across Simcoe County. Explore different resources to get started with volunteering or employment, and access information to help plan for the future. If you'd like to be a vendor at this event- click here.
	Important Information for Families Receiving Direct Funding The increase in the provincial minimum wage (Bill 148) may impact expenses for people and families engaging support workers. The Ministry of Community and Social Services is providing increased funding for people and families who receive direct funding through the Special Services at Home and Passport programs so they can maintain their services with providers. CTN is hosting a workshop with PooranLaw on March 20th to discuss what this means for families.
	Mindfulness and Meditation: Caring for the Caregiver Webinars CTN is pleased to present this online workshop for caregivers of children and youth with disabilities. Learn important ways to care for yourself, techniques for meditation, and ways to become more mindful to reduce stress. Evening Session: March 27th Daytime Session: March 29th
	Register for March Events Across Simcoe and York We've collaborated with our network and community partners to host these free inclusive events for families in Simcoe and York; March Break "Yummy Tummies" Feeding Camp in Midland Come out to the Big Top for the CTN Carnival Fun Fair in Barrie on March 12th March Break "Olympic Spirit" Events; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in York Region Celebrate the luck of the Irish at 'Shamrock Shennanigans' on March 19th in Collingwood Kids of all ages and abilities can enjoy our "Happy Birthday" event in Orillia on March 26th

	Special Needs Parenting: Celebrating World Down Syndrome Day In honour of World Down Syndrome Day on March 21st, we are featuring a special interview with one of our CTN families.
	Happy Easter: Tips for Inclusive Easter Fun for All Kids For many families and kids with special needs, each holiday can be a reminder of barriers or differences that exist. Check out these egg hunt and non-edible treat ideas so that kids of varying abilities and needs can have fun this holiday.
