One Book, One School
In celebration of Read Across America Day, LRC Director Kelly Davis is excited to announce another One Book, One School program. The entire Cossitt staff will be reading  Bob by Wendy Mass and Rebecca Stead to their students beginning  on Friday, February 28.  A pacing guide will be provided to each staff member so everyone reads the same excerpts each day. The book is scheduled to be finished before spring break.

This year, parents are encouraged to read along and continue the discussions at home!  Click here to access SignUp Genius to purchase your own paperback copy of Bob  at a discounted rate of $5.72 by February 9th.

The LRC will provide the pacing guide and a discussion guide to prompt conversations about the book at home. Please do not read ahead of the pacing guide.

In addition to the daily reading, there will be a "living" bulletin board outside the LRC where students can visit to recall scenes from the story. Follow Mrs. Davis on social media at @MrsDintheLRC on Twitter and Instagram to view the bulletin board!
