Be sending those pennies to school!

Are you a good listener? Listening is one of your most important skills as a parent, and truly, as a human being! Last Thursday evening we watched this TED talk . Please take a look to see if your listening skills are up to par!

This rather blunt bit of cross cultural grandmotherly advice suggests that the health risks of white flour have been popularly recognized for many years. As far as the body is concerned, white flour is not much different from sugar. Eat whole grains and minimize your consumption of white flour.
