Sunday, August 13, 2017, 7:30pm
John Levering & Wes Yamaka
Sunday, August 13, 2017, 7:30pm
Do you love to be surrounded by beauty, creativity, art, history, and interesting people all from your own community?
John Levering and Wes Yamaka, popular Columbia artists in the 1970s, turned to art after other careers, personifying Columbia's goal to be a place for people to grow.
They opened Columbia's first art gallery and studio called, "Eye of the Camel" in the 1970s. The Art Gala will feature works by both artists from the collections of Harper's Choice residents and will kickoff with a champagne reception and
hors d'oeuvres. It will be held at Kahler Hall, one of Howard County's most popular venues. To loan art for the event, contact Steve Ingley by July 15th @ 410-730-0770 or
[email protected]. To register for free to attend this free event click
