Attention Owners & Rental Managers:
On Tuesday, February 4th and Wednesday, February 5th, The Hiller Companies will be conducting our Annual Sprinkler and Life Safety System inspections Tower 1, Tower 2, and the Amenities Building. They will begin at approximately 9:00 am each morning. The crews will need access to each unit in order to inspect the sprinkler heads and life safety devices in each unit. As part of the annual inspection, the alarms will periodically sound and strobes will flash as crews are working in and around your unit.
Please notify your guest, technicians will be escorted by Security or Maintenance personnel. As always, please let us know if you have any questions. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
