Sneak Peak into Future Opportunities!
1. Earth Day Festival: Ecology Center will be hosting an Earth Day Festival on 4/18 to bring back the importance of why the Earth Day movement began - activism to instigate tangible change. Look out for future emails on possible volunteer roles needed for the festival!
2. Thirsty Third Thursday: Thirsty Third Thursday is a monthly booth at the North Berkeley's Farmers' Market beginning
5/7 through 10/29. In lieu with a kid's zone and other special activities, Thirsty Thursdays works to promote Ecology Center's mission and cultivate a new audience to the markets. We will need volunteers to help with set up, beer and wine pouring, onsite promotion, kid's zone and more.
3. Salsa Festival: Our annual Salsa Festival on 8/1 features various eco-friendly activities, Farmers' Market vendors, music and dancing; it's the perfect day for the family! We will need lots of volunteers to help the show run smoothly.
