Funding for the Department of Labor's primary workplace safety agencies would change 
little under the Trump administration's budget request for fiscal year 2018 released May 23.

 
The guide emphasizes that all tower workers need "to have and use proper safety equipment 
at all times," and that, "no work should be done if proper safety equipment is unavailable or if 
the safety equipment available is not functioning properly."

Only 29 percent of women who wear personal protective equipment on the job in the United Kingdom receive PPE specifically contoured to their gender, according to a recent  report 
from the Trades Union Congress, a UK-based federation of labor unions.
